What do we mean by phone service?
Ditch AT&T, ditch dial-tone through your Cable Company... We provide the dial tone, the minutes, the long distance, etc. This is always the case with our service, but for on non-profit, we will be providing these on standard recommend packages at no charge.
What hardware is included?
What hardware is included. We will assess the applications and with the chosen non-profit we will work to discover what hardware will work best with them. While we probably won't be providing the Super-Visions (the biggest and most expensive touch screen android desk-phones with web conferencing... the most expensive phone we sell), we may include headesets, cordless phones, desk phones, or possibly even conference phones as part of the package. The exact details will be determined in assessment of the clients needs. Just let us know what you think would most benefit you!
What support is offered?
When you have service through Lost Island, you don't have to worry about paying an outside phone technician to troubleshoot or adjust your system. That's included in the package. While there are limits to that support, this alone saves our more active customers hundreds of dollars yearly and keeps their systems accurate, update, and at full use.
Installation
Installation is normally an additional charge, but once again, this is a great opportunity to transform your organizations communication at no cost.
Mobile
Would we get the mobile app?
Definitely. Can't imagine life without the ability to leave the desk behind and manage your organization from anywhere! The mobile app and web app are really what makes Lost Island Communications and Wildix so incredible.
The real question is, which app would you get? Would your organization be better fit for Collaboration Mobile or for the upgraded X-Bees platform which can manage outside communication channels besides phone calls even better. We'll work to see which will work best for you.
